Charcoal Rod Machine
Charcoal Rod Machine (also known as coal rod extruder) is a kind of equipment which uses the principle of screw extrusion to compress the prepared pulverized coal into a predetermined shape of coal rod with certain strength.
Working principle
The rotating impeller is loaded into the raw coal from the feeding port and pushes the coal forward. The raw coal is gradually compressed and the particles are close together. At the same time, it produces relatively large stirring and mixing. At the same time, under the action of heat generation, the temperature of raw coal rises, the moisture and binder become more uniform, and the plasticity of coal is greatly increased. Then, through the jointing of die cone, the compression between coal particles becomes more compact, and then, under the action of heat generation, the plasticity of coal is greatly increased. Press into the straight part of the die and form the coal rod machine.
Coal rod machine adopts hard tooth surface reducer, which has small volume and high carrying capacity. The inner impeller of the coal rod extruder is designed with thicker blades. The impeller and inner liner of the cylinder are made of wear-resistant precision casting material. The service life of the impeller is 4-5 times longer than that of the ordinary material. The outlet of the coal rod at the head of the extruder is made of replaceable wear-resistant alloy steel, which is easy to replace. The machine head and cylinder body are twisted, which can be opened during maintenance. It is convenient to replace the inner impeller and cylinder lining.
